The programme for the creation, development and assessment of municipal educational projects and a metropolitan education project (PEM), coordinated by the Faculty of Education and Psychology of the Universidade Católica Portuguesa, involved the implementation of canvass, participation, engagement and commitment dynamics covering the AMP’s educational community, the agreement on educational strategies and practices, and the establishment of means to support the intervention and monitoring of the educational projects and local and metropolitan policies and initiatives.
