On 25 January 2023, from 16:30 to 19:00 CET, in the Damião de Goes room of the Permanent Representation of Portugal to the European Union (REPER), the Porto Metropolitan Area (AMP) will be launching its Brussels representation office.
The event will open with the Portuguese Ambassador, Pedro Lourtie, together with Eduardo Vítor Rodrigues, President of the AMP and Mayor of Vila Nova de Gaia, and Elisa Ferreira, EU Commissioner for Cohesion and Reforms.
There will be a roundtable joining representatives of European players: Clara San Damián Hernández, Director of the Permanent Delegation of Castilla and León to the European Union, Isabel Estrada Carvalhais, Member of the European Parliament, and Karen Vancluysen, Secretary General of the POLIS Network.
The event will be concluded with Vasco Cordeiro, President of the European Committee of the Regions.
