Eduardo Vítor Rodrigues, Mayor of Vila Nova de Gaia, was elected president of the Porto Metropolitan Council at the Council’s first regular meeting of the 2021-2025 mandate, together with two vice-presidents, Jorge Vultos Sequeira, Mayor of São João da Madeira, and Sérgio Humberto, Mayor of Trofa.
